This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This private reference resource cannot access court systems, reset a court date, issue certified records, remove or seal a case, or provide legal advice. Direct each official request to the court office that maintains the record.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the court named on the paper. Common Pleas General and Domestic Relations records follow the Legal Division route; Gallipolis Municipal Court maintains its own municipal, traffic, and small-claims records. Probate and Juvenile use a separate court office, and juvenile files are confidential unless the judge permits inspection.
- A Common Pleas docket or copy: contact the Legal Division Clerk or use the published eAccess Case Search.
- A Municipal Court case or date: use CaseLook, then confirm with the Municipal Court Clerk.
- A certified or exemplified Municipal copy: ask the Municipal Court about its current copy procedure and fee.
- A Probate or Juvenile inquiry: contact the Probate/Juvenile Court office; do not expect juvenile records in an ordinary public search.
- A current hearing setting: confirm it with the court that owns the case rather than relying solely on a web posting.
